Student Council (SMV)

Who?

The student council (SMV) offers students the opportunity to participate in and shape school life. Through their involvement, they have the chance to make everyday school life more varied and enriching.

Our student body president and two student representatives are the leaders of the student council.

  • 1. Student Body President Nayomi, Class MS9
  • 2. Student Representative Leonardo, Class MS9
  • 3. Student Representative Samba, Class SDW9

They are democratically elected by all students in grades 5 through 9.

At the student council meetings, the students receive guidance and support from the faculty advisors. These advisors are also democratically elected. This school year, they are:

  • Stephanie Hemmerle, Class Teacher 5a
  • Thomas Würz, Cath. Religion Teacher

The students in grades 1 - 4 also selected a student council (SMV). They are tutored by Verena Böhl, Class Teacher 2b.

What?

  • discuss and decide together
  • participate and help out, e.g. at school festivals
  • contact with the school leadership
  • represent our students externally, e.g. in the school forum

Student councils (SMV) are not limited to the school level. This form of participation also exists at the city, district, and state levels.
