Grades 3 and 4 are located on Kirchenstraße 13.

The curriculum in these classes builds upon the primary school curriculum (Lehrplan Plus). It takes into account the children's specific learning needs (Lehrplan Plus for special education schools). The teachers carefully assess each child's learning capacity and adapt their lessons to their individual learning abilities and performance levels. The goal is for every child to receive the appropriate support and learn effectively.

The children do not receive grades. Instead, they receive individualized feedback describing their learning progress. There is no transfer certificate.

During a consultation, the teachers work with the parents to determine which school is best suited for their child after the 4th grade. Several options are available:

• Instruction at our school (SFZ)

• Instruction at the secondary school with support from the mobile special education service

• Instruction at the secondary school without support

• Instruction at a special education center with a different focus
